Privacy

The short version

We collect your email address and what you told us about your plant and pot. We use it to let you know when Soilbar launches and to understand which mixes people want. We do not sell it, and you can have it deleted by asking.

What we collect

• Your email address, when you place an order. This is the only piece of information we actually need.
• Your shipping details, if you enter them — name, address, city, region, postal code, country.
• Your mix — the plant, pot dimensions, material and environment you chose, and the recipe we generated from them.
• Basic request data — the page that referred you, any campaign parameters in the link you followed, your browser user agent, and the country your request came from.
• Ad click identifiers, if you arrived from a Facebook or Instagram ad — the click and browser ids Meta attaches to the link. We use them only to tell Meta which ad led to an order. We never send Meta your email, name, address or IP address.
• Usage analytics — which pages and steps you visited, so we can see where people lose interest.

We do not collect payment information. There is no card field anywhere on this site and nothing is ever charged.

Who processes it

• Supabase — hosts the database your details are stored in.
• Vercel — hosts the site and provides traffic analytics.
• PostHog — product analytics, so we can see how the builder is used.
• Meta — only if you arrived from one of our ads: the pixel on this site and our server report that a visit or order happened, using the click identifiers above and nothing personal.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until we wind the experiment down — whichever comes first. If we decide not to build Soilbar, we will email you to say so and then delete the list.

Getting it deleted

Email info@theleafypod.com from the address you signed up with and ask. We will delete your record and confirm when it is done. You do not need to give a reason.
